BBQ To the left is a great burning done by Barb Cramer ( http://www.Art4youbycramer.com)and she was kind enough to let it be used here. Click to enlarge!

For food safety tips, especially if you're helping
with the family reunion cookout or your church buffet,

Mary (Woody) http://www.burningtreedesigns.com
/wildfireart/
provided the following recipe.

Summer Tuna Salad
1-8oz pkg of elbow macaroni (or shells or rotini) cooked and drained well
1- can of water packed tuna drained
1/2 cup chopped onions
3-4 hard boiled eggs (shelled and chopped)
add mayonnaise (enough to mix well, add more if you like)
salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for at least an hour
This can be served on a bed of lettuce with crackers.
OPTIONS: substitute canned chicken(drained) instead of tuna, add celery or pickles if desired.
This keeps for several days (if you've drained everything well) so it will keep you out of a hot kitchen for a while.
